Beaver County Broadband Meetings for October 17th Postponed to October 23th
Broadband Meetings in Ambridge, Monaca and Beaver Falls will continue as scheduled on October 23rd
(Beaver County, PA) – October 16, 2017 – Three meetings scheduled for Tuesday, October 17, 2017 are postponed until October 23, 2017. The PA Acceleration Project reported the October 23rd meetings will continue as previously announced:
- 11:00 a.m. at the Monaca Public Library, located at 998 Indiana Avenue (Second Floor) in Monaca
- 2:00 p.m. at the Beaver Falls Library, located at 1301 Seventh Avenue in Beaver Falls
- 6:00 p.m. at the Ambridge Library, located at 99 11th Street in Ambridge
Led by former state legislator Kelly Lewis and Rebecca Kann, the Pennsylvania Acceleration Project announced a series of October meetings at libraries in Beaver County to showcase how Beaver County residents and elected officials can maximize the economic impacts of ultra-high-speed broadband internet coming to Beaver County in October 2017. Fully deployed, residents in Ambridge, Beaver Falls and Monaca will save more than $1 million, every year.

October 23rd meeting topics will include, “Cord Cutting Tips from AcceleratePA,” “How to Watch Your Favorite Sports Teams Over High-Speed Internet,” and “How to Immediately Save $1 Million Dollars in Beaver County.” All residents and businesses are welcome to attend.
